Resolution authorizing the Mayor through the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding to plan and implement the creation of Financial Empowerment Centers Fund within the City of Pittsburgh and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed $20,000 dollars for this stated purpose.
