NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Judy Kail for achieving more than 44 years of selfless service to the Allegheny County Health Department leaving behind big shoes to fill; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, February 2, 2018, to be “Judy Kail Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
