Ordinance amending and supplementing the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances, Title 4: Public Places and Property, Article XVIII: Municipal Fleet, Chapter 493: Fleet Oversight, Section 493.01 through Section 493.06, to establish an Annual Fleet Investment and Efficiency Report requirement to promote responsible use of public funds and vehicle management.
