NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, February 13th “Pine Cone Derby Trophy Day” in the City of Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the Friendship neighborhood and Girl Scout Troops 55286 and 52498 for their excellence in recycling efforts, and leading the East End to victory.
