Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh to apply for grant funding from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC) to support the purchase of a property on the 900 block of Bingham Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203 (Parcel ID: 0003-G-00210-0000-00) in relation to the Oliver Bath House Rehabilitation project. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
