Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency for the purpose of receiving grant funds for the Urban Search and Rescue Task Force grant in an amount not to exceed SIX MILLION DOLLARS ($6,000,000.00) for equipment, equipment storage, training, and related expenses necessary for the urban search and rescue task force to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of a Type 3 urban search and rescue task force.
