This ordinance authorizes the Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to enter into a grant agreement with The Johns Hopkins University and accept a grant in the amount of $120,000.00 for the Bloomberg American Sustainable Cities initiative; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $120,000.00 to the Office of Diversity and Inclusion Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
