To authorize the Director of the Department of Neighborhoods to enter into a grant agreement with the South Side Thrive Collaborative in support of the Parsons Avenue Outreach Program; to authorize the expenditure of funds on reasonable food and non-alcoholic beverage expenses; and to authorize an appropriation and expenditure within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund.
