Resolution amending Resolution No. 191 of 2019, effective March 28, 2019, which authorized a Professional Service Agreement(s) and or Contract(s) with Urban Design Ventures for services relating to the administration of the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunity for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs for a sum not to exceed One Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Dollars ($191,000.00) by extending the term through the second quarter of 2027 and increasing the amount by Eighty-Six Thousand Dollars ($86,000) for a new total cost not to exceed Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Dollars ($277,000) over nine (9) years.
