To authorize the Board of Health to accept additional funds from Central Ohio Trauma System to continue the coordination of a county-level coalition for Franklin County in the amount of $100,000.00; for a new total award amount of $108,000.00; to authorize the appropriation of $100,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency.
