To authorize the Director of the Recreation and Parks Department to enter into year one (1) of a three (3) year contract with Barry M. Damron dba Above Sound LLC Audio, Video, Lighting and Stage Production Services for the 2025 Jazz and Rib Fest and CBUS Soul Fest; and to authorize the expenditure of $227,113.09 from the Recreation and Parks Operating Fund 2285.
