To authorize and direct the Board of Health to modify an existing contract with Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings for increased Laboratory Testing Services for the Sexual Health and Wellness Center for the period of March 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Codes; to authorize the expenditure not to exceed $25,000.00 from the Health Department Grant fund; and to declare an emergency. ($25,000.00).
