To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. for the purchase and delivery of two (2) Magna Drive 20.5 ASDH Couplings for the Department of Public Utilities; and to authorize the expenditure of $83,576.98 from the Division of Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund.
