To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with The Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, in an amount up to $220,000.00, for the purpose of supporting small business services and programs; to authorize an appropriation and expenditure in an amount up to $220,000.00 within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; to allow for reimbursement of expenditures incurred prior to the purchase order; and to authorize the advancement of funds per a predetermined schedule.
