Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Duquesne Light Company for a license to erect, install, and use an underground electrical system and associated apparatus upon the City’s property at 611 Second Avenue for the purpose of electrical and/or telecommunications services.
