To amend Ordinance No. 0148-2025, passed by City Council on February 10, 2025, for the purchase of Offsite Document Storage & Retrieval Services with Access Information Management Corporation to allow for the purpose of fully funding the contract by increasing the amount being funded by $1,174.98; to authorize the expenditure of $1,174.98 in additional funds from the General Fund, and to declare an emergency.
