To authorize the Director of the Office of Education to enter into a contract with HMB - Learning Circle Software, LLC to provide ongoing technical support for the CeeHiVE data platform, a program necessary to achieve the Mayor’s goal that every 4-year-old in Columbus has access to a high-quality pre-kindergarten education; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $215,595.00 from the General Fund.
