To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a professional engineering services contract with Dynotec, Inc., for the General Architectural Services - Division of Water Contract 4 contract; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation between projects within the Water Bond Fund; and to authorize an expenditure of up to $500,000.00 from the Water Bond Fund.
