To authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety to enter into contract with Hundred Public Safety Inc. DBA Performance Protocol for training services for the Division of Police’s Field Training Officers, to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Code; and to authorize the expenditure of $75,000.00 from the Police Continuing Professional Training Fund.
