To amend the 2024 Capital Improvement budget; to appropriate funds within the Federal Transportation Grants Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Complete General Construction Company for the Bridge Rehabilitation - Kimberly Parkway over Mason Run project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,536,290.24 from the Federal Transportation Grants Fund and the Streets and Highways Bond Fund for the project; to repay any unused grant funds at the end of the grant period; and to declare an emergency.
