To authorize the Director of the Recreation and Parks Department to appropriate the amount of $102,474,640.00 within the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund for the Recreation and Parks Department to provide home care and assisted living services to older adults in connection with the Pre-Admission Screening System Providing Options and Resources Today (PASSPORT) Medicaid Waiver Program in Central Ohio; and to declare an emergency.
