To amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize transfers within the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund and the Construction Management Taxable Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $158,218.13 from the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $3,993.50 from the Construction Management Taxable Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of $4,713.33 from the Neighborhood Health Center Capital Reserve Fund in order to reimburse the general fund for construction and building renovation expenses incurred by the Office of Construction Management; and to declare an emergency.
