To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with Murphy Tractor and Equipment Co., Inc. for the purchase and delivery of two (2) Backhoe loaders and accessories for the Department of Public Utilities; and to authorize the expenditure of $171,000.00 from the Division of Water Operating Fund and $156,495.00 from the Division of Power Operating Fund.
