To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a contract renewal, in accordance with sole-source provisions of City Code, with Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP for life safety system maintenance services for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage, and to authorize the expenditure of $68,750.00 from the Sewer Operating Sanitary Fund and $106,000.00 from the Water Operating Fund.
