To authorize and direct the City Attorney to settle the lawsuit captioned Sierra Simmons v. City of Columbus, et al., United States District Court Case No. 2:24-cv-1550; to authorize the expenditure of the sum of two hundred and ten thousand dollars and no cents ($210,000.00) in settlement of the lawsuit; to authorize the transfer of $210,000.00 within the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
