To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the pending Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement with Kevin Lehr Associates for the purchase of Wood Utility Poles for the Division of Power; and to authorize the expenditure of $659,516.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund.
