To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to pay the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund Loan Fee to the Ohio Water Development Authority for the Greenlawn Low Head Dam Improvements loan; to authorize the expenditure of up to $11,128.00 from the Sewerage System Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
