To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Facilities Management Division, to enter into contract with Setterlin Building Company for the Security Control Office Renovations Project; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer and expenditure of $299,900.00 within the General Permanent Improvement Fund; and to declare an emergency.
