To authorize the Board of Health to modify an existing contract with Health Access LLC to support clinical quality management activities for the Ryan White and HIV system of care programs, for the provision of services allowable under the Health grant funds, for persons with HIV or AIDS in central Ohio for the period of March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026; to authorize the expenditure of $49,000.00 from the Health grants fund; and to declare an emergency.
