To authorize the Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to enter into an advance-pay grant agreement with Rodgers Neighborhood Basketball, a local registered 501c3 non-profit organization, in support of summer youth programming; to authorize an expenditure from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
