To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Bobcat Enterprises, Inc. for the purchase and delivery of a skid steer with attachments for the Department of Public Utilities; to authorize the expenditure of up to $82,138.42 from the Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund.
