Heritage Inn of Columbus, Opco LLC, to provide hotel services for recipients of the Lead Safe Columbus Grant Program; using Federal Grant; in an amount up to $45,000.00, using ODOD LEAD Grant; in an amount up to $22,000.00; and to declare an emergency.
