To authorize the appropriation of program income in an amount up to $1,222.69 from the 2022 Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) entitlement grant within the General Government Grant fund from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to fund some of the Department of Development’s Housing Division’s personnel costs associated with reconciliation and close out activities; and to declare an emergency.
