To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Community Reinvestment Area Agreement with 1489 Rohr Holding LLC for a property tax abatement of seventy-five percent (75%) for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive years on real property improvements in consideration of a proposed total investment of approximately $30,000,000.00 in new building construction and the creation of ten (10) net new full-time permanent positions.
