To authorize the City Clerk to enter into a grant agreement with the Urban Resurrection Community Development Corporation in support of their “S.M.A.R.T.” summer enrichment programming; to authorize the expenditure of $15,000.00 within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; to authorize reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to the creation of a purchase order; and to declare an emergency.
