To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a contract modification with CTL Engineering, Inc., for the Construction Administration/Construction Inspection Services 2023-2025 contract; to authorize the appropriation of funds in the Water Supply Revolving Loan Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the approval of a loan from the Ohio Water Development Authority; and to expend up to $1,190,319.66 from the Water Supply Revolving Loan Fund.
