To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology to enter into a contract with Softchoice Corporation for the purchase of Cisco SmartNet maintenance services to support the citywide Metronet; and to authorize the expenditure of $207,722.61 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Operating fund.
