City of Columbus et al., Franklin County Court of Common Pleas Case No. 24-CV-3732; to authorize the expenditure of the sum of One Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($191,000.00) in settlement of the lawsuit; to authorize the transfer of $191,000.00 within the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
