To authorize the Finance and Management Director, on behalf of the Facilities Management Division, to enter into a contract with Roberts Service Group, Inc. for the Facilities Management - Paver Replacement project; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Chapter 329 of the Columbus City Codes; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer and expenditure up to $379,975.00 within the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund; and to declare an emergency.
