To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with Jerry Pate Turf and Irrigation, Inc. dba Century Equipment to purchase a Slope Mower for the Division of Water; and to authorize the expenditure of $72,315.27 from the Water Operating Fund.
