To authorize the Director of Columbus Water and Power to enter into service contracts with ABIX LTD., Davey Resource Group, Inc., 4K Landscape LLC., Ironsite Inc. and Watershed Organic Lawn Care LLC.; to authorize the expenditure of $1,314,040.00 from the Storm Sewer Operating Fund and $99,495.76 from the Water Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
