Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an Agreement, Agreements, or Amendments with CDW Government LLC for the three year extension of our current Microsoft enterprise license agreement for a sum not to exceed Three Million Thirty Thousand dollars ($3,030,000.00) over the three year period.
