To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for the purchase of (6) single axle dump trucks, (2) tandem axle dump trucks, and (2) tandem axle live body trucks with snow equipment from FYDA Freightliner Columbus, Inc.; to authorize the expenditure of up to $3,123,852.00 from the Municipal Motor Vehicle Tax Fund; and to declare an emergency.
