To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a construction contract with Strawser Paving Co., Inc. for the 1355 McKinley Ave. Parking Lot project; to authorize a transfer of $194,555.00 and expenditure up to $194,555.00 within the Construction Management Capital Improvements Bond Fund; to provide for payment of prevailing wage services to the Department of Public Service; and to declare an emergency.
