To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a construction contract with Elford, Inc. for the Department of Public Safety’s Community Response Team #2 Relocation project; to authorize a transfer and expenditure up to $2,402,180.00 within the Construction Management Capital Improvements Bond Fund; to provide for payment of prevailing wage services to the Department of Public Service; and to declare an emergency.
