To authorize the Municipal Court Judges, through the Administrative and Presiding Judge to enter into the fourth year of the contract with U.S. Protection Service LLC for the provision of security guard services in the Municipal Court Building; to authorize the transfer of $305,000.00 from payroll to services in the General Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $428,700.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
