To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a contract with 360Water, Inc. for Software Support and Maintenance of the 360Water Program; to authorize the reimbursement of expenses incurred prior to the creation of a purchase order from and including August 1, 2025; and to authorize the expenditure of $30,000.00 split between the Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Stormwater Operating Funds.
