To authorize the Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to modify an existing professional services contract with NK Industries, LLC to increase funding for continued implementation of the B2GNow system, expansion of supplier development support services, and advancement of program and policy enhancements; to authorize the transfer of $150,000.00 within the General Fund; to authorize an expenditure of up to $150,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
