To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a service contract with MRI Software LLC for the continued use of Rehab Pro software, including support, training services, and four (4) additional licenses in an amount up to $25,999.90; to authorize the payment of expenses prior to the purchase order, starting July 1, 2025; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $25,999.90; and to declare an emergency.
