To authorize the Director of the Department of Building and Zoning Services to enter into a not-for-profit grant agreement with Columbus City Schools to support of Work-Based Learning opportunities for students; to authorize an appropriation of $58,400.00 in the Development Services Fund; to authorize a transfer of $58,400.00 from the Development Services Fund to the Special Purpose Fund; to authorize appropriation in the Special Purpose Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of $58,400.00 from the Special Purpose Fund, Construction Trades Education Subfund.
